I generally smoke mine inside of a bong but I have a friend who is much more enthusiastic about cigarette smoking it in the joint so which the entry is slower as he receives a tiny bit freaked out Along with the speed from the on set having a bong/GVG.Realizing how much will go in the particular cone piece helps make a difference even though.
